Families 4 Families Partner Organizations
We “adopt” our families from a variety of local social service agencies. We thought it would be
informative to our donors to include a brief overview of the programs that these valuable
organizations that support local Santa Clara County individuals and families provide. We are
grateful to the social workers at each of these agencies that work tirelessly on behalf of our
families.
CASA
The mission of the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association, together
with its state and local members, is to support and promote court-appointed volunteer
advocacy so that every abused or neglected child can be safe, establish permanence and have
the opportunity to thrive.

The Health Trust
The vision of The Health Trust is to make Silicon Valley the healthiest region in America—a
place where every resident can achieve optimal health throughout their lifetime, no matter their
background, income, race, ethnicity or age. We believe that health care does not just take place
in a doctor’s office and clinic or hospital. For everyone to achieve optimal health, the community
itself must become a place that supports the health of all its residents.

YWCA Rape Crisis
The YWCA Rape Crisis Center helps residents of Silicon Valley to minimize the traumatic
aftermath of sexual assault and to promote safety, mobility, and freedom from abuse for all
people. We provide a 24-hour, seven days-a-week crisis hotline, immediate crisis counseling
and assistance, information and referrals, and accompaniment services to medical, police,
and court facilities. Our services are provided at no cost for all survivors of sexual assault or
abuse, as well as their loved ones.

Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital
The Oncology Clinic at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital provides diagnostic evaluation and
therapeutic management plans for children with cancer. The Oncology Clinic also provides
extensive psychological and social support. There is a separate clinic for long-term follow-up of
childhood cancer patients.
